I was expecting a very nice cufflinks, but I found they are a single piece of metal, making it very difficult to put them in the shirt's cuffs. The machinerie is very nice though.

I never received my order. I contacted customer service several times and was essentially fobbed off every time. Ultimately, I was given a refund with no explanation as to what had happened. Edit: thanks for the response. I was told by Dee, from your customer service, that the parcel was missing in your warehouse and never made it to the courier. This is evidenced by the DPD tracking number 1597 6932 567 828 S. Very naughty of you to have publicly blamed the courier here.

The post-sales customer service I received from Melanie Dobbs makes me want to be a long term customer of this brand. First of all, I love the aesthetics and quality of the products from this brand. Unfortunately, I received some products with scratches, and was a little sad. But this issue was dealt with very speedily, and a replacement was dispatched to me. So I am a very happy customer. Looking forward to future purchases.

I contacted B+P to chase an overdue order. The customer services team (Lydia in particular) were extremely helpful and able to confirm a system glitch had cause an item to be oversold. They were able to offer to dispatch the in-stock items and deliver the back-order item when available without any additional charges. Lydia was a joy to deal with. Thank you!
