Unable to return unopened electrical plugs? Website does not say that these items don’t have to be purchased with plug trim (brass, etc). That’s totally deceptive . They need the money that bad?

Ordered items, was told two weeks after order was placed that some items were no longer in stock. The items that were came a month after they were ordered and in two different shipments - having to chase the second shipment after items were left out of the first.

I had a problem with my order, which made me nervous, because I was really counting on this purchase! We purchased the T-bar handles and passage sets. our house is early 70's brick (inside & out). The brass sets have given a sophistication and period charm to the property interior. These items have really added something, and super solid with installation. Fantastic, so happy with the end result

Fantastic, well made product.

Item packaging was destroyed upon arrival and I attribute most of that to the poor packaging. Certain hex nuts when missing for installation and they couldn’t even provide the small Allen key for installation. Got the item up after several trips to Home Depot and it looks great, but boy did buster and punch make it miserably difficult

I’ve been eyeing Buster and Punch for a long time but hesitated due to the price. I finally placed an order, and when the items arrived, I was blown away by the quality—absolutely obsessed! This is hands down the best out there, and the service was nothing short of stellar. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I came across Buster and Punch via social media and during Black Friday they had some amazing sales, I was like I will go ahead and purchase a fixture to test it out. Then my troubles started as the website was very glitchy, not stable, and showing incorrect advertised prices but at checkout ended up being much higher. As the website was dropping out when I was trying to purchase my light combination, by mistake I purchased a wrong part. The customer service was helpful but I had to pay additional 70€ to get the right part. Once everything was sorted the items were received just fine but the original ordered fittings that I ordered was in brass finish and it came in Smoked Bronze Finish. I gave up on even trying to get it replaced. Overall I think the products are super nice and amazing quality, customer service super nice. incorrect advertisement was not appreciated and incorrect provided finish was also a bummer. Would not purchase again.
