Bench has been a great asset to my business, freeing up my time (and my worry!) about finances so I can do other things. The platform is super intuitive and my accountant is always very responsive.

Loved Bench until there was an exorbitant increase in fees which now precludes many solopreneurs from using the service. Not a way to treat long time customers. Also, the canned response they give after every bad review is worthless. They’ll reach out to you and then send an email full of excuses.

Opened my own medical practice, which is overwhelming without considering finances/bookeeping. I bought quickbooks and tried and was in over my head. Bench saved the day!!! They streamline everything and keep me up to date and compliant. I tell all my residents who want to open their own practice about bench!

Bench is a great company! My husband and I went with it due to it providing everything we were lacking in: bookkeeping on a monthly basis, end of year tax filings, and having a CPA/team on hand at all points of the year for help/questions. Run from this company. We are current clients of theirs and I’ve paid thousands of dollars upfront to have the last tax year done for us and still they keep asking for the same banking information and then change their point of contact continuously in order to give us the runaround And when trying to get a hold of them on the phone it’s near impossible to get anyone to answer the phone as they’re always busy for the last six months when we told him that we wanted to cancel they said that if we did that they weren’t going to do the tax year that we’ve already paid thousands of dollars to do so we’re stuck trying to figure out how to proceed

The team has been incredibly helpful answering any questions and getting setup was very easy. Great service and I really enjoy the data/interface they provides as well.

So much better than hiring a full-time or part-time accountant. I've started a bunch of companies over the years and accounting is always an issue. Bench takes that pain away for a fair price and you don't have to manage the HR part of things. Love it!

Bench handles what I don't have time to do myself. It's a weight off my shoulders, and they're always extremely patient and friendly when they need my input. They also hooked me up with their own tax advisors to help navigate that labyrinthian headache. Thank you Bench!

Seems to be a great platform and the technology is good. I’ve heard positive reviews of Bench and that is why I chose them to handle monthly financials for 2 of my companies. They completed a “trial” month before I started within 48 hours. However, once they were paid for the entire year, I have heard nothing from them in nearly 4 months. Have provided them unfettered access to my accounts, including POS software, bank and payroll. They only respond that they will be back in touch once I’ve reached out asking for an update. Apparently my business doesn’t matter to them even though I’ve paid for an entire year up front.

They are great! Quick, responsive, good quality for the price.

We just celebrated our 3 year Bench anniversary and are still in love! Our Bench team is the bomb! They reach out any time there is a question, with a no-hassle email. I just click the link and provide any input. They take care of everything else! I receive notifications when a month of books has been completed or when our awesome annual package is done so that I can review and smile. This is SOOO simple. It doesn't make any sense to do this work myself when my Bench team is so thorough and does things right while I play and vacation. You'll love that you can work with your team to customize your Chart of Accounts, you can easily recategorize any expense or income line by line with just a click, your tax team (if outside of Bench) can link with your Bench account and contact Bench directly if they need to be in cahoots (but you can have Bench do your taxes, too, bonus!) and Bench has tools to watch your income/expenses and business growth with reports just a click away. Love them!!! Give them a try!!!

Overall, it's a great SaaS. However, it becomes burdensome when the software malfunctions and we are required to send monthly statements.
