Bench made things much easier for me, generating a balance sheet, income statement, etc. Very professional. Once they sync your accounts, they will automatically categorize everything according to your preferred categories. Niamh, my bookkeeper was especially professional and pleasant every time we communicated, and a big reason for my positive experience/review.

Although I love the service, and my team is great, their pricing structure is crippling my small business. It can get very, very expensive for small business owners. At first glance their pricing is fair, but everything cost extra without consideration of the value of individual transactions. Their current pricing model favors established businesses over Startups, larger businesses over smaller, businesses that deal in higher ticket items, and do not handle any cash. Update: Thanks Bench for responding so quickly my feedback. Impressively proactive! They are even currently reevaluating their pricing schedule to be more tailored to their individual customers’ needs, due to feedback from several of their clients.
