We signed up for Bench because we were tired of reconciling our books each month through Excel spreadsheets. Bench made the whole process very easy. The onboarding was fast and smooth. They are always quick to answer questions, and they are very reliable in completing our books accurately each month.

I love Bench! I was struggling with Quickbooks for HOURS and decided that Bookeeping is just not in my wheelhouse. I worried that I would pay a fortune for someone to organize my books and that it wouldn't get done in time for tax season. Bench sorted through all of my financials in about 24 hours! They automated most of the regular purchases. They also helped me understand what I can/cannot do as a new business owner. Since I pay a flat rate, I don't worry about sending quick messages for a simple answer and getting an extra bill for it.

The service is great - everyone from Sales to the bookkeeping team is communicative, and willing to take the time to explain what's best for my business. As a non-profit, the pricing tiers are also scaled right. I only have one improvement for the product itself - the ability to further customize our categories so we can better align Bench reports with our chart of accounts.
