I am very pleased at the efficiency and convenience of using Bench for my small business accounting and taxes. I feel like I saved a lot of time and stress by putting it in the very capable hands of my Bench team. They were quick to respond, helpful, and timely.

I signed up for Bench with little to no accounting experience, and needed to make sure I was understanding how to track my books and prepare for tax season. It has been a very hands off approach, and the Year End Financial review was a great way to work with my team. I give 4 stars because there is frequent disconnection of accounts in my portal, and while I like the hands off approach, being able to review all transactions and provide comments would help prior to waiting for for the YEF report, which can be overwhelming. An invoicing feature would also be great so I could track unbilled income or AR, if you are purely focused on what has hit the bank and that it is organized, this does the trick.

I would highly recommend bench.co to any business owner, whether new or not. They have the best staff who will deliver world-class service. They are very understanding and professionally friendly.
