Mackenzie was great! I scheduled a free consultation, and she provided me with an overview of the three financial statements and explained the benefits of each one. For example, she said the income statement will allow me to track metrics for success such as the profit margin and benchmark metrics compared to my peers. MacKenzie explained that the income statement allows me to see where the company is most successful as well as where to cut costs and save. This call definitely added value.

We were not happy with the services. Took forever to get anything done and you could tell it was supposed to be more hands off for them. We would have question after question for us to ask what certain vendors were and if they bothered to look at the name they could solve it themselves. ( example, a linen company that had linens in the name) When ever I talked to so,done it felt like I would just repeat what I said last time. Plus when you see something wrong, you can’t fix it, you have to leave a note and hope they fix it the right way.

I have the most amazing Bench Accounting Team. The walked me through the steps, respond timely to calls, text and emails. Their process and breakdowns are easy to understand. Their system is user friendly. I have referred some of my business associates to use them. Thanks Team

Bench has been great at bookkeeping for me and I love being able to talk through the messaging app with my bookkeeper. I think the only problem I had was with the tagging system...it can be a bit clunky and needs to be validated occasionally but otherwise it’s all great !

Has worked great so far. Good client relationship, regular communication, and up to date reports. Took a little time to re-work labels and sub categories on P & L but changes were easy to make with my book keeper. It is peace of mind knowing my business financial records are in good hands.

Bench turned out to be the right decision for my accounting. It`s extremely helpful to have a clear overview of the business situation, it takes me only a few minutes of work each month and the Bench team is very helpful and super nice!
