I worked with Bench accounting about two years ago and their customer service and the product are excellent. Unfortunately, my business uses the accrual accounting method, which Bench does not support yet. For my future ventures, I will be subscribing to their services. What I really like about Bench is that they truly care about small businesses. Even though I am not subscribed to their service for my current business, I was still able to connect with Russell and he walked me through the PPP + EIDL programs in full detail. I spoke to Russell seeking help with forgiveness of the SBA PPP loan and all I can say is, wow!
