The puzzle came out amazing (a little difficult to do or I’m just bad at puzzles). I was also having trouble with getting the exact location so when I first got it, it wasn’t what I was expecting but when I contracted them, they were very good with getting exactly what I wanted, they responded very quickly, and we got it all figured out perfectly. They were helpful, kind, and really made this gift special
