Really good service. I part-exchanged my older bike, for which I was given a fair price and my new bike was delivered promptly and ready to ride. The price of the ex-display bike was really good and all communication has been excellent. A very happy customer here!

Bike was as described and at a very competitive price considering you get some form of protection and warranty. Would certainly look to purchase again in the future as opposed to buying privately which has it's inherent risks.

I have a been cycling for about 10 years and finally decided to purchase a serious top tier pre-owned bike. The staff and Cycle Exchange and particularly Hazel and Nat were very patient with me and I think I tested their patience with my barrage of emails for information and additional photos of the bike I had chosen. But they always responded very quickly, professionally and with what I had asked for. A huge positive for me was being able to take the bike for a proper test ride. I was moving from an endurance to full race bike and so had many concerns about fit and comfort. Hazel had the bike set up to my instructions with test pedals installed. I left my driving license and disappeared for 1 1/2 hours and then on my return paid a deposit ! On collection Hazel offered me another test ride and also ran me through the operation of the bike, the electronic shifting, charging the di2 and the disc brake system. I had to remove the front wheel for transport and Hazel, being a professional, secured the calipers in case the brake levels were pulled. All in all a very good good service and I would definitely recommend this store and the real people working there to anyone. If I were local I could see myself just dropping in for coffee, cake and a nose at the current stock ! 100% recommended.

It would have been 5 stars if i hadn't have had to pay for the gears to be set up properly by my local bike shop. It was apparent that during my first 10 miles the rear mech was all over the place so decided to get picked up rather than keeping riding. Yes I could have taken it back to Cycle Exchange but a 6 hour round trip journey seemed a little overkill LOL.
