After spotting a bike listed I contacted the team with a few questions. Superb customer service. I also exchanged a bike at the same time. Paul who delivered was great, did a thorough check of my one and did a hand over with explanations and details of the new one.

Having got a few bikes I’d always fancied a Brompton, didn’t want a new one and most 2nd hand seem to be around London so difficult to trust buying without seeing as I’m in the North West. I was right to trust Cycle Exchange. My bike was the right price and exactly as advertised, Happy Days. Now I’ve got a bike I can take in any car to ensure a ride if I want one any where! If there good enough for David Miller they’ll do for me!

Sold a bike for a fair price, 0 hassle with. 1 week offer was made and picked up and nine deposited. I repeat, 0 hassle and chasing required. Then bought a bike, second hand half the price of it new BUT it came delivered to my door BUILT AS NEW. With notes added about the bike. I'm staying with these guys for life . They answer your emails, you talk with REAL PEOPLE and not chat gpt. I cannot emphasise enough how important that is when ur spending alot on a bike and the care of the seller is evident. And as a veteran cyclist I can say u get what u pay for here and are not cheated out also with the added guarantee u wo t find anywhere else second hand.

From the first time I made contact by live messaging to the purchase of the bike communication was great. Being able to demo the bikes I was interested in was a big plus.
