Great easy way to sell bike

It was a great service but I do think the 5% for replacing any parts should be higher and added to the initial quote because we have already described to you the current condition of the bike and to then have a second quote because things need replacing for resale is a bit checky as we have already described the bike, you may as well ditch the first quote and offer one once your tec has looked over the bike in this case.

Very efficient and professional

I used Cycle Exchange to get a quote to sell my electric carbon road bicycle, which I wanted to trade so as to upgrade. I was extremely disappointed with the quote offered given that the bike is only 1 year old, in perfect condition & with fairly high spec finishing kit. Even the exchange price (which was higher) was not tempting. I was prepared to take a reasonable hit, in order to upgrade, but as the Cycle Exchange Quote was so low, I decided not to sell my electric bike, and similarly decided I could not justify purchasing the new one I had my eye on. Altogether very disappointing.

Second bike I have bought here. They are a fabulous bike shop selling genuine quality products. Shipping is a bit expensive....would prefer to arrange my own shipping in future.

This is the first time I've used Cycle Exchange and they were spot on. I've been looking for a seat post for a while but everyone wanted stupid money, until I found CE. First of all I thought "what's the catch" because their price was way lower than everywhere else, so I took a punt. Phew, no catch. Product was perfect, service was perfect and price was unbelievable. What more could you ask? Definitely be using them again.

It was really easy to use site and buy the bike for my husband. It came in condition described. Unfortunately the bank holiday made the express delivery longer as cycle exchange use Royal Mail, but postman brought the very large box into my house which was very helpful.
