After purchasing a Giant Defy Advanced 3 from Cycle Exchange earlier this year I decided I'd prefer a lighter bike so was able to exchange it for a much lighter Cervelo R3 at a reasonable cost. The exchange was straight forward with the Cervelo being delivered and the Giant Defy picked up at the same time. Cycle Exchange contact you after the exchange to ensure you are happy with the new bike and assist you with any issues you may have. In this instance there was a missing frame grommet from the seat tube so they sent a new one out - thats good after sales service.

Superb service from all at Cycle Exchange, I cant recommend them highly enough and indeed I have to my cycling community / club (and anyone else who listens). I went in to look at a particular frame but ended up buying my dream bike. Hazel and the staff stayed beyond closing time to help me as I arrived late having been stuck in traffic.

I purchased a second hand ebike from Cycle Exchange a few weeks ago and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. I had a question about the spec before purchase and that was fully answered and once I'd purchased they called to arrange a delivery day. I'd recommend the hand delivery option because they were excellent, confirmed a timeframe the day before, and arrived on time. They helped set up the bike and check fit, adjusted saddle height and talked through the controls etc. An error had been made at the warehouse where the battery charging cable hadn't been transported with the bike, but they were upfront about this and had already arranged for a postal delivery which arrived the next day. I've ridden the bike several times in the last few weeks and it is exactly as advertised, no issues and would highly recommend a second hand purchase from Cycle Exchange.

This is the second bike I have bought from Cycle Exchange. I was impressed the first time and second time is no different. Very friendly discussion re delivering to Scotland. Bikes are well packaged with only minimal assembly required. I will be recommending these guys to my friends.

Do not use , clearly do not have knowledge of high end bikes, quote given for Cervelo RCA ( only 300 frames made costing £7500 )with full Super record 12 speed group set, enve kit , Fulcrum Zero Carbon wheels £1200. bike used 6 times, rip off merchants.

Bike was spot on, the problem (and this isn’t strictly their fault) is the bike was delivered to a neighbour and no card left at our house letting us know this. Had the neighbour not posted on Facebook that it was blocking her hall way and our friends told us (as neither of us are on Facebook) then we’d never had known. But yes the bike itself is excellent, in good condition and my son is really happy with it as his first ever road bike

What a find! I’ve been holding out for a second hand TT bike this winter as new prices are silly for my ability. I saw now my Liv Avow at an amazing price with an extra BF deal. Bought it yesterday, picked it up today. The description was if anything being hyper critical of the condition (bar a few surface marks, it’s spotless), it’s been fully serviced and the staff were lovely. And the coffee and cake made the trip to pick it up a superb morning out. I’ll be back for a service (and upgrade!!)

Love this place. Purchased a stunning Canyon Ultimate CF SLX Sram eTap. A really beautiful machine. Fabulous service again having previously purchased a Felt F1 (NFTO) frame back in late 2016. Super happy, but have a dilemma as I now have two summer bikes.
