£6995 for a bike and they wouldn't fit a pair of £50 pedals FOC. Tubeless ready but would cost £220 to be tubeless. The mechanics were excellent and set the bike up as requested. Sadly a potentially exciting purchase was soured.

I traded in my old bike to buy a bike I wanted, the process took few email exchanges and was very straight forward! I was pleased to get the app. After I tried it at the shop, the only gripe is that There was not enough sealant in the rear tyre it went flat and had to walk home half of the way! I top it up and it’s been fine since. Happy with the bike

The support I received from The Cycle Exchange was outstanding. Arranged for my trade in bike to be collected which I was given a very fair price for. I was after just a new frame this time and soon found what I was after, they arranged to have the frame wrapped before it was delivered to me. On top of this I also required some additional parts that they sourced and delivered at the same time. I honestly can't recommend The Cycle Exchange and their team enough, first class all the way.

The bike was delivered promptly and well packaged. They even provide an inclusive after sales checkup to ensure you're happy with your purchase. Highly recommended.

Customer service was great and the bike was delivered in good time once the payment was received. Very happy with the bike, the price and the presale customer service. Can’t help being slightly disappointed that the bike wasn’t finished in its cleaning. Would have happily paid a small fee for it to be polished and finished to a better condition.

Excellent product, great deal and fantastic service

Hazel was very accommodating with me changing my mind whether it’s delivered or pick up in person multiple times. Some little bits and bobs were missing from the Frameset I bought from them (grommets and spacers). They’ve been very quick at getting these sent out. Especially given that I know they would have had to buy these from canyon. Coffee is great in store too!
