I took my bike to Bike Exchange on Saturday morning to get it checked after a on- line valuation. The process was extremely quick and I received the money on the Monday, they even paid a bit more than the on line valuation. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, having looked around whilst there the quality of the bikes for sale was extremely high and sensibly priced. I will definitely be going there next time I’m looking for a bike - Tom Ryan

I keep going back to Cycle Exchange as I always get great bikes and even better service and help.

Fitted new wheel set and tubeless tyres to my daughters road bike. Took the cycle to her race and wanted to pump some air into the front tyre, only for all the air to escape as the tyre was not fitted / sealed properly. I was unable to pump up the tyre and was extremely frustrated at the whole experience. You would expect Cycle Exchange to know how to fit wheels/tyres correctly onto cycle.

Purchased a Specialised SL4. From the outset I was given all the help and advice I needed from very knowledgeable staff. However, the real measure of a company is how problems are dealt with. After I had ridden the bike an unforeseen issue arose with a brake / gear change lever. As soon as I informed Cycle exchange of the issue they took the bike in and replaced the faulty lever and the bike was returned to me very quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and I would buy from them again without question.
