Significant work was needed to re-build the bike once received. Cycle Exchange has offered to fix, but obviously it would involved packing up and send the bike back. It doesn't make sense.

I am currently trying to sell my bike and through an advert, came across Cycle Exchange. The process of obtaining a quote was quick, easy to use and very prompt in obtaining a response. However, the price they offer is below the mark, massively in fact. I appreciate the bike needs to through a service, checks, mark up selling etc, but that doesn't justify offering less than 50% of a bike's value. It's a real shame as I was hopeful. [Response] I really wish you could simply respond on Trust Pilot. The bike retailed at point of purchase for £1599. The ones now at £1399 are of smaller frame sizes, the bike I have is not in stock and hasn't been for months. The 3 sold on eBay in the last 6 months were the H30 model and also not near the valuation that I was offered. It will be sold privately of course, I was just hoping that the offer would be as good as the process. Thanks for the prompt response.

I bought a beautiful bike at an amazing price with superb customer service. I spotted the bike, asked a couple of questions which were answered immediately, and also included photos. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was brilliant. All I had to do was put the front wheel and handlebars on, (and even I could manage that). Very reassuring to buy from a friendly, professional dealer, and get a 3 month warranty. My bike looked like new - I can’t believe it’s even been used. Please AVOID .. DO NOT sell your second hand bikes on here!!! the price that they offer you is shocking.. I had a Santa Cruz bronson in immaculate condition they offered £1800 I sold it else where for £4000 at a reputable bike shop…. Please don’t let them rip you off have a look elsewhere !!…. Edit… looking at your reply you obviously have no idea how much bikes cost!! … factoring your costs in??? Delivery??? What you delivering it by ? Lear jet !!!! Laughable.The bike shop sold it on my behalf and put their mark up on, so in fact it sold for £4295.. you are the bike equivalent of webuyanycar.com.Once again to anyone looking to recoup money on a bike you can no longer afford try other options.Reply …why on earth would I lie lol, I really don’t care if you believe me or not lol the facts are this I sold a bike for £4295 which you offered me £1800 for ( you didn’t even know how much a Santa Cruz bronson C was worth new lol ) as long as the people who read this believe me.
