Really impressed with the service I received. There was a slight issue with the Kickr Bike that I purchased but it was dealt with extremely quickly and I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer. Very highly recommend.

Fast dispatch and good service

First time purchasing from CE so made the trip instore to see bicycle. Staff super friendly and willing to let me test ride. Bike looked new and all serviced so running sweet. No pressure from staff so went home and purchased online with a discount later that evening. Lots of opportunities to swap out wheels and purchase accessories too. Picked up next day but delivery offered too. All-in-all great service and saved me £££ on buying new plus received a proper invoice for future purposes. Felt like a trustworthy operation. Will definitely use again.

I have just purchased a road bike from Cycle Exchange. Excellent customer service and support. Communication through the online app was first class. Their Kingston shop has loads of fantastic great value high end bikes on display and a coffee shop as well. Staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming Definitely highly recommended.

Really good service. Exchanged a bike we had bought from them a couple of years before for another one. No quibble, helpful on the phone and in the shop. Let us road test the new bike and followed up with an email a few days later to make sure all was ok.

Bought a used bike that was recorded as being in excellent condition. I can certainly say that the bike was immaculate once it arrived. Went on a first ride and it was in perfect working order. Great deal all round and very happy. Only wish the delivery was slightly less expensive, but I understand shipping a bike up to Scotland is expensive.

Good price, speedy delivery plus well packed and secured inside the box. Bike was exactly as described including the minor marks that were in original description. Reassembly required was minimal (one wheel and handle bars), gears were indexed so as soon as reassembled it was good to go. Thank you very much.

Outstanding service by Hazel and her team! I had a little accident last week on my brand new bike purchased from Cycle Exchange in January. I was extremely disappointed and unhappy and didn't know where to start. So I emailed the shop and Hazel responded immediately carrying me through all processes including a well-organized collection, bike was fixed and ready in only two days! I needed to buy a decent steel framed road bike at short notice for an overnight cycling trip: cycle exchange had just the machine I was looking for at good price and gave me very good advice. Really enjoyed my trip as a result and am continuing to enjoy riding the bike.
