These guys have found and plugged a BIG hole in the cycle industry. If you can afford to buy an expensive bike, what do you do when you get bored or want to upgrade or need the money. Ebay and other groups may offer you the opportunity of selling, but not swapping. These people and you have to be lucky that they have what you want, we do an exchange and they will provide a warranty on the new one. Brilliant and lovely guys and most importantly i have just swapped an eMTB and the whole process was faultless and thanks

Had a bad experience. Sent pics of my bike which was approved and a quote for buying was sent which I approved. I then sent my bike to their office. and they sent a message to say that all was well and they would be paying into my account the agreed amount. The day before payment they messaged me to say THEY had made a mistake and it wasn't the bike they though it was ???? I then informed them that a contract existed between us and that they should pay me the money as per the agreement. All future message regarding the sale of contract were not answered/ignored and the bike was returned. Be careful as they do not stand by their agreement's and the seller is penalised
