I recently purchased a much longed for Sworks SL6. The frame was perfect but I needed to change the touch points. All was managed professionally, more than competently, with great patience and attention towards the customer (me). What a brilliant place to buy a bike! I found exactly what I was looking for and more. Used the filters in the search and boom…a Specialized Tarmac SL6 in my size. I had a couple of questions regarding ratios, so hopped on the web chat and had my answers within minutes. Was also given the very accurate opinion that the bike looked even better in person. Very true with that bling green/purple sparkle paint job! Paid £50 for postage which is such great value for money considering the care taken in packaging. Delivered to my door in 3 days, out on the road for the two most dry days of winter so far! I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier. Also having the peace of mind with a shop guarantee was something that made buying a second hand carbon bike a much less risky experience for me. Although “second hand” hardly does justice to the condition the whole bike is in. It’s spotless. Add to that the fact that I could not find the same bike for even close to the same money on eBay or similar sites…win win for me and Cycle Exchange.
