Communication very good The bike I bought was graded as mid way on excellent. I’d have said a mid point on good would have been fairer. Gears completely unset, cables worn, clearly a very well used bike and some of the bolts worn which I have had to replace when altering riding position etc Frame good condition but will need a full service soon and still lots. Bought as a good friend had a great bike in amazing condition so just a little bit jealous. Win some lose some. Not worth me returning as had used cycle to work which added 15% to initial cost then delivery. Probably worth a physical check rather than order. ***to be fair cycle exchange we’re good to there word and my bike has been taken to a local cycle shop to me and gears set including new cables. Breaks were reset and cables corrected as well as headset tightened****

Fine. The saddle I ordered came quickly and I’m happy with it.

I was looking to upgrade my cycle and the staff were absolutely superb in helping me make the right choice. They spent time looking through cycles online and discussing the pros and cons of each. One was found in the workshop and they spent 15 mins retrieving it for me to view. I was doing Lochness in a matter of days and they pushed it through the workshop and had it ready in time. Excellent service.

This was my first experience with Cycle Exchange and I was utterly impressed. The staff were helpful and quick to respond to questions both online and in person. They clearly understand bikes and were open to negotiations in order to find the best deal for you.

The process of exchanging bikes was straightforward and handled very well, however a day later I found that the new bike had 2 different length crankshafts. Cycle Exchange have ordered the new shafts and found a temporary solution in the interim, so all good in the end.
