Their "AI" has made the site heavy to work with, its not handy in any way. Its not possible to choose 1 template for both resume and cover letter, making applications look far from professional. Templates cuts your posts with a page break in middle of it, making CV look anything but professional. Finally its not possible to end your subscription without personally contacting them. Charging your card every month, giving very little, next to nothing back. Stay clear

I despise writing cover letters so this was an invaluable resource at an extremely low cost. Most information was imported directly from my resume and I only had to make minor changes to the automatically generated cover letter to make it perfect!

I did not give authorization nor subscribe to Civer Letter now and spent another 20 minutes of my time connecting with Juan to get this canceled. I’m not impressed with these tactics at all.
