Nothing bad in the whole process, from free 14 days insurance, to your phone call follow up, and my purchase online. I give 3 stars because only when I need to claim insurance do I know the service quality. I buy this insurance mainly to protect myself from public liability.

Quick and est way to keep your stuff safe

Only two stars for customers services when renewing policy and lack of help. No issues with policy, very good cover and clear documents, would recommend. Policy came up for renewal and increased by 47%. Phoned customer services and they would not review policy or adjust price for existing customer. Don’t auto-renew. I Let my policy end and took out new policy online , which gave a discount and paid the same as my first year.

Having been quoted over £300 to add my new electric bike to my home insurance, I chose to look at independent insurance companies to insure it instead.
