Cheap insurance is a false economy. If you have to claim you will pay a £50 excess, fair enough this is expected and agreed upon. You will also have to pay a "change to policy fee" to put your new bike on the insurance. This varies depending on how long is left on your contract. This charge is not specifically outlined anywhere, no matter what they tell you. It is a hidden charge. It also too 2 months for me to get my reimbursement/voucher as Cycleplan is underwriter by Davies Group, which is underwritten by the actual insurer so any issues take forever and they all just blame the other companies and refuse to take responsibility. Spend a bit more money and save money in the long run...plus your time and stress!

I have managed to take out two policy’s for the same bike and ended up with you trying to charge me twice. Whilst this was a problem the safe. Have been very good in resolving my issue. Let’s hope the refund is quick

Cheapest bike insurance I could find. Very easy and quick to do and very happy with the service so far.

Original cover was a decent price to be fair however when policy was ending the autorenewal kicked in without any email informing me that the policy was ending (just the email thanking me for autorenewing) with a 30% increase in the premium despite no claims. Id like to point out as well that if you cant afford to pay it all up front then you are slapped with a massive interest APR of 26%. Taking advantage of people with less money.
