Easy, straight forward service and product

I had previous insurance from cycleplan with option not to auto renew now cycleplan are part or ripe a payment were taken from my credit card which i previously opted not to auto renew. This is a scam by ripe .

I submitted my claim on the 23rd October. It is now the 4th November and I have not heard anything regarding my claim. That is nearly 2 weeks. This is my only form of transport.

Cycle plan were the most competitive price on offer and a really easy to use and navigate website. Whilst reviewing the offer and arranging cancellation of my current insurance they also took the time to phone me and understand if I needed any further assistance to progress purchasing my insurance package.

It was really easy to navigate around and setup policy.

I recently tried to claim for my e scooter that had a big crack in frame, twice they sent me a claim form for pushbike asking questions that have nothing to do with e scooters, I'm canceling my insurance with them, can't be bothered with all the b.s

Rubbish company , won’t pay out on theft unless you are sleeping with your bike in the garage , and then want £20.00 to add a replacement bike to you policy .

I bought cycle insurance, it covers me for a year, why do I have to review it, I did everything online, myself, and until i make a claim how do I know how good cycleplan are??? However I give myself 5 stars!☆☆☆☆☆
