Found a good value plan and very efficiently set it up and sent me everything I needed.

It was a little difficult to get to know how to navigate around the site.

Great service quick and easy to purchase online, let down badly when it isn't clear when paying monthly its another company who send e-mails asking to sign an form for the "credit" this is compound by the fact they will charge you apparently £25 each time they send an e-mail!!!!

Website is clunky - unable to go back to change cover level on the additional options. Very frustrating so had to keep starting the quote from the beginning rather than just revising the specific level of cover for the additional extra.
