Coffin delivered quickly. It was good quality. Nameplate was lovely. We were able to decorate it and write heartfelt messages from family and friends in watercolor pens. It was a very therapeutic experience for us and helped enormously in our time of grief.

Following the sudden and unexpected death of my daughter, we were still very much in shock when we approached a local funeral director, as my daughter was still young and loved The Lord of The Rings, we wanted a willow casket for her, the funeral director showed us the coffins on offer and none of them looked anything close to what I’d imagined, the best they could offer was over £1000. I was deeply upset to think that my beloved girl wouldn’t have the right casket, then We found yourselves online and saw exactly what I had imagined, and at half the cost, we were a little anxious about ordering a casket online, we had never thought it might be an option, but I am so glad that we chose you, the casket was delivered to the funeral parlour promptly and was beautiful, it was perfect and a fitting tribute to a beautiful young woman, thank you so much, more people should be made aware that it is possible to buy beautifully crafted caskets without going through the funeral director

Everything was great with the coffin and delivery. We really liked the look. It's what my father wanted for himself. It arrived on time at the funeral home and was easy to carry from the hearse into the crematorium.

My late wife had browsed the Willow site and found the exact coffin that she wished for. She left instructions of her wish and I duly made the purchase which I was delighted with. Fantastic company. Our funeral director said they couldn't accept a third-party coffin... Until Willow got in touch and they changed their mind!

Thought it bit strange ordering a coffin online but it was at my late mother's request. Ordered manilla cardboard coffin so grandchildren could decorate it. Easy to order, got follow up call next day for delivery, emails to give me updates and delivered to my home on day I requested. Thank you Derrick and all at willow for making things easier at a sad time. Mum would have appreciated it too. 👍

Whilst I couldn’t believe I was in a position to be buying a cardboard coffin again. Previously for my Mum and now for my lifelong Partner. It was again an easy process and so glad that the quality and shape is still the same. The funeral directors could only offer a cardboard coffin that resembled a draw and I certainly didn’t want my loved one put in a draw. Thank you Willow.
