Excellent service

A very efficient service from start to finish. Myself and the Funeral Director were kept fully informed as to delivery arrangements. I ordered the Willow Crossdale with engraved nameplate and was so pleased I did. It was so much nicer than the standard offering available. I was slightly apprehensive about using an online company but the service provided was faultless.

The product was beautiful and I'm really pleased I got it over the ones available at the funeral directors. The price was more reasonable and they dispatched very swiftly. My only minor gripe is that when I called - I wanted to talk to someone to take my order, it felt more personal to do that - I don't buy coffins often and never have before and wasn't sure I was doing things right etc - it would've been nice to make that purchase via a human but I was told to do it on the website "because it's easier that way". It wasn't easier for me - I wasn't sure and wanted human interaction to help me make this purchase for my mother, and I did feel slightly fobbed off by that. Given the nature of the product you sell, and it's wonderful and you should be very proud of it, but a little more compassionate communication when dealing with confused recently bereaved customers (And I imagine thats a fair percentage!) would have made my experience seamless.

My funeral director asked us to choose a suitable coffin for my wife from the catalogue. My sons and I unanimously chose the banana leaf coffin for her as she grew up in the tropics with bananas growing in their garden. Next day we were told it was not available but I was able to search online and found that they were available from Thinkwillow, so I bought one myself. The company proved to be speedy, efficient and courteous and at the funeral it looked just as we wanted. Thank you Derek and your staff at Thinkwillow.

The Company was very helpful when I had a query before placing my order. The product arrived within the time promised and was in excellent condition. the service provided was very good at a very stressful time the product was exactly as stated and in fact looked nicer than the picture.

Casket was with the Funeral Director the day after I ordered it. They commented that it was very good quality. It was less expensive than their original quote. Everybody at the funeral loved the Willow casket. It fulfilled my ambition to give my wife the send off she deserved. Great service
