Helpful, informative & very responsive when something changed with our order

It was easy to make the order and when it arrived at the funeral director’s - on time - but without a pillow. When I had contacted the coffin company I was told by Derrick that a cushion is not supplied with their cushions. However the funeral director needed to produce one. The coffin is very nice, well made and with a rounded shape. Reasonably priced too. I would recommend this company to anyone who might need to buy a coffin tho be aware no cushion is supplied.

Really great service, delivered really speedily. We ordered the English Willow Wicker Coffin to know that the materials were UK sourced to be suitable for the green burial site we were using. Having ordered, ThinkWillow confirmed the details with the funeral directors and had it delivered in under 48 hours. Despite being wicker, the coffin was really strong and well made. The cotton liner was really sturdy.

I have already highly recommended think willow.com, the service was so easy to use, the delivery was speedy (straight to the funeral directors) and the coffins are made beautifully and so strong, my husband sadly passed away at the age of just 34 never in a million years did I think we’d be choosing his casket at such a young age, he was eco friendly and originally wanted the cardboard casket but when we came across the banana casket ebony we knew it was the perfect one for him. Wrong casket sent to funeral directors; however fortunately the one I ordered was sent promptly. Last time I knew the wrong one they had delivered was still awaiting pickup.

I found doing it myself a little stressful to do it online as opposed to talking it through with someone even though there was support there if I needed it. If a payment could have been done over the phone it would been a little easier for me. Saying that Think Willow were amazing they were efficient and reliable. We chose a beautiful bamboo coffin and this was delivered directly to the funeral directors. Everyone said how beautiful the coffin was. Just perfect. We would definitely use think willow again.

They were very helpful and kind at such a difficult time. The willow coffin for my Dad was beautiful and delivered to the funeral home directly in a very timely manner, with Think Willow communicating with them directly, as well as keeping us informed at the same time. I hope it will be a long time until I would even need to think about using their services again, however I greatly recommend to those who are unsure about buying a coffin online.

The coffin was very pretty, delicate and feminine. We had posies of pink, dark purple and yellow flowers added to the handles and a bouquet on top. I hated the thought of a traditional coffin for mum as it was so final but this one eased the pain of a very difficult day. Thank you.
