I occasionally treat myself to bits and bobs here and there and my experience has always been a happy one. Friendly, excellent helpful customer service and the delivery has always been on the money...even though it is standard 3-5 days from the outset. It sometimes feels like years when your itching to lay your hands on something you have you’ve purchased with hard earned cash. What more to say…good retailers are still out there and the people who deal with the likes of me are very very good and human! Unfortunately for the 3-5 day standard mule delivery I’m unable to give you a full 5 star rating so underneath that 5 star is really a 4.9999 star! Joking aside, flawless every time and keep up the stellar work Dawsons.

Dawson’s (garden furniture word) were one of the few suppliers in the uk that had in stock the full set we wanted to buy, they also happened to have the cheapest advertised price. I was wary about the the reviews I’d seen and dealing with such an expensive item and a company so far away from home. I should not have been. They were great to deal with and offered efficient delivery. Our daughter checked the delivery in our absence but didn’t notice a cushion was missing. There were 15 to check of all shapes and sizes! We called Dawson’s the following morning who immediately dispatched a replacement. Which was with us the next working day. Can’t fault the service provided in any way.

My experience has been entirely positive, so I thought it only right to review it here. I asked a question about their returns policy before purchasing, and had a helpful reply the next day. I then went to place my order, and found the prices had gone up. I emailed them to say I had awaited their reply before ordering, and now found the prices were higher. They replied very quickly to say they would honour the lower prices, given the circumstances. The delivery arrived very quickly, with DPD, and I am delighted with the garden chairs and table that I ordered. Good service all round, and very responsive. Well done, Dawsons.

United Kingdom | 07 March 2019When I was making an order I was aware of negative reviews about the company, and I expected that we can face problems if something goes wrong. However, the price of the new coffee machine was so good, that I couldn't resist. To our surprise, the coffee machine arrived all safe, in 3 days after the order (we didn't ask for the next day delivery), and everything was great. We will definitely use this shop again because it has plenty of nice brands.

I was sceptical at first after reading reviews here but there was no need. I chose to pay for next day delivery and was kept informed all the way right until it arrived. The mixer arrived well packaged and in perfect order. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and would have no hesitation ordering again.

Adam was very unprofessional advising me that to take the broken glasses from the box with shattered glass in and put the replacement glasses when they arrive in that box. Well sorry, these cannot be presented as gifts. I’ve requested a return of all items and will never shop with them again. My advice, please go else where!

I did contact customer service to confirm delivery schedule... they replied proptly, although weren't any more specific than the website's stated 5-7 working days. Would be nice if delivery time could be shorter, but no complaints as this was clear upfront.

Contacting them they said offer had expired, and would not send it despite the fact I ordered it during the sale had images to show promotion was on, pretty much told they will not honour the promotion

And when I found a problem with one item on the order, I contacted customer services. Again the response from them was prompt and they very helpfully sent out a replacement, no quibbles. I am very satisfied with Dawsons and most definitely will be shopping from there again.

United Kingdom | 04 December 2018I ordered a dinnerware set for my daughter for Christmas on Friday evening (30/11/18) and noticed on their website that if there were likely to be any problem about being in for delivery please give them a call. As I would be in and out quite a bit the following week I called on Saturday and asked if it was possible to know which day it would be delivered so I could arrange for someone to take the parcel if I wasn't here. I said I was usually in on Tuesdays and was happy to wait until 11 December as Tuesday 4 December was probably a bit soon, but the lady said they would send the parcel on Monday for me to receive it on 4 December to make sure I had it. I never thought it would be that easy, sooo helpful. Thank you Dawsons.

The response I received from their customer service was very patronising. Only buy from them if you are very sure, otherwise buy elsewhere.

United Kingdom | 19 November 2018ordered my coffee machine and paid for a Saturday delivery, contacted them on the Wednesday before as I had no confirmation about the delivery, they stated it would be delivered Saturday. it did not turn up. I contacted them via email Saturday night requesting a refund of the delivery charge as it had not been delivered and asking when it would be delivered. Monday - no response from Dawsons but an email from DPD, it would be delivered between 12.33 and 13.33, goods not delivered. On returning from a hospital appointment(reason for the Saturday delivery) a card had been posted, tried to deliver at 2.30 will try again tomorrow. Emailed Dawsons again still no response. Customer service is hopeless.

Purchased items at a VERY reasonable price, infact the best price available online. Will absolutely use Dawsons again! No issues what so ever! BTW I purchased Morris & Co duvet sets & Pillow cases - they were beautiful!

I purchased it on Sunday evening and it was delivered by a very helpful man at Knights of Old from Luton on the Wednesday afternoon. The furniture is exactly what I wanted and great quality.
