I ordered a Weber BBQ on Sunday afternoon. Monday morning I had an email & text advising me that it would be delivered on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I had an email & text advising me that the BBQ would be delivered between 4.48-5.48pm that day. It duly arrived at 5.20. What a superb service. None of this "delivery is between 8-5", waiting in for hours only to miss them if you pop out for 2 mins! If one company can do it why can't they all? Price was very competitive too. Highly recommended.

Despite being assured it would be delivered next day when ordering (double checking by phone) and then reconfirming on the day of due delivery and being completely assured again that delivery would take place at 5pm, it turns out I have taken a day off work for no reason as no delivery has taken place. What a complete waste of time and money as I needed the BBQ for that night.

Would buy again from store.next day delivery at competitive price.happy with Service.

Ordered Wednesday evening, delivered Friday. Barbecue for £187, available elsewhere for £360. Couldn't be happier.

Ordered a couple of products on the Sunday based on the fact the website said they were in stock. Website said I would get them Tuesday but they never came. Sent a chasing email mid week and no reply and therefore phoned on Saturday. Was told they were not in stock (!) and would not arrive in stock until the following Tues/ Weds and would then be sent to me. hate it when websites say things are in stock and then it takes 2 weeks to arrive rather than promised 2 days. i would have bought elsewhere if i had known
