United Kingdom | 16 April 2018Ordered Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 from them...BBQ was nearly £800 cheaper than elsewhere! staff member we spoke to on the phone when we ordered was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. BBQ arrived a couple of days later as promised - delivery driver was extremely helpful and even used his motorised pallet truck to get the BBQ into the garden for us (it weighs 150kg!). Thoroughly recommend BBQ world and would definitely buy from them again. First class service.

United Kingdom | 12 April 2018I’ve used Dawsons department store (of which this is part of) a number of times for homewares and always found their service to be excellent, which is the main reason I decided to give Bbqworld a try. They didn’t disappoint. Good price for the bbq we wanted (much less than amazon, garden centres etc) and included free next day postage with DPD. Tracked delivery and a one hour delivery slot. Order arrived exactly as promised. Happy customer:)

I saw a number of Broil King items cheaper from other suppliers and let them know. I received no response. When the package came the items were covered in black dust and we had to clean all cartons before handling.

Then was told by the shop I would not be refunded the postage which was a bit insulting. Customer service advised me that my wife should have refused the delivery. Not good

It generally comes next day with a tracked parcel so you know what time to expect it. Thanks ever so much.

Last Easter we ordered Kettler Palma Corner Set from Dawson’s, plus a table, parasol, cushion box, covers, etc. The whole experience was a FIASCO. We had to be available for five different deliveries, three lorries and two DPD vans. It arrived piecemeal, the order was wrong, some of the items had been repackaged with miles of cellotape in filthy, damaged and torn, tatty boxes with faded labels you could hardly read. They insisted it was brand new. What a joke. We think it was ex shop floor or damaged goods they were trying to get rid of. Different years of manufacture, different batch no’s. etc. Hence different colour hues, some with yellowish tinge. We sent photos and informed Kettler, no reply from letter to Dawson’s M.D. FULL REFUND given immediately but no apology!!! Be aware, if you change your mind after delivery returns are at YOUR EXPENSE. Our local garden centre had two brand new identical Kettler corner sets, factory boxed in immaculate condition, in their end of season sale!! Will buy locally in future for the same price. Good luck!

United Kingdom | 26 January 2018Having read a few reviews i was slightly concerned after i had purchased the items that they may not be in stock so I got in touch via email with their customer service dept. I got a response back within 10 minutes which i think is outstanding, in the email i received all the details regarding the items not only them being in stock but the delivery date, courier details etc The items have arrived today and i couldnt be happier. They were items of Denby crockery, boxed, bubble wrapped and packed with wraping in a way nothing could move, infact it was a struggle to get the Denby box out of the carrier box. Excellent service absolutely 5* and not a shadow of a doubt i would use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Had to return a duvet set last week (I didn't like the colour). I didn't realise they didn't do free returns as I'd never returned anything before, so return was expensive but that was my fault for not checking beforehand, but. they let me know within a few days that my account had been credited. Good company selling good branded products at excellent prices.

There was an issue with the order, it never got delivered, and instead of apologies or trying to do something to fix an error, all you get is a complete ignorance. They just don't deserve customers, please avoid avoid at all costs!
