We received the Bibendum floor lamp not long after we ordered it. Love the look of this lamp, and especially that inspired turquoise cable. A lovely and elegant floor lamp that doesn't take over the room, but makes a statement nonetheless- standing there so beautifully in the corner of our living room. Nice light output, too. I love everything about it, and would love one of the table lamps, too! Thanks so much for creating a quality product.

I have become a huge fan of BTC lights, the lights are of a fantastic quality and are made in Britain, which is important to me, yet they are still a reasonable price given this. In addition, customer service is excellent and the lights I have ordered have arrived next day, well packaged in sustainable cardboard packaging. Updated: the rep was able to provide me with some trouble shooting info. After adjusting the contact inside the socket, the lamp is working. However, the bulb must be adjusted to the exact position or it doesn’t work…so it’s still fickle. OBTC did offer to send replacement parts but I said it is fine for now and that I would let them know if it becomes too much to manage.

BTC not only manufacture and supply beautifully crafted lamps there after sales service is outstanding also. They have recently gone above and beyond to ensure I have all the necessary parts to refit a ceiling lamp after a recent move. Very, very efficient and clearly committed to customer service. Super easy delivery to Germany; despite Brexit!

For a purchase of 165 Eur an import fee of 51 Eur is expected. the branch in Paris called with the offer to find a solution. since then radio silence

Following an email enquiry I arranged to visit the London showroom. I received prompt and efficient attention and as a result placed my order which was delivered within the stated period. Great customer service.

Really easy to do business. I had a question pre order that was answered in a matter of minutes. Order arrive extremely quickly and well packaged. I haven't totally unwrapped everything yet as they're not ready for installing. However. What I have seen is stunning. Would highly recommend and will order some more fittings for the rest of the house when ready. The only thing I would recommend is a delivery tracking service but this doesn't deserve losing a star on the rating. Thank you.

I have difficulty getting E27 LED 7W GLS bulbs.

I made an online order (OPP175302) on the French website. Delivery was supposed to be in the following days. 3 weeks later, there is no sign of any delivery. 2 attempts to contact the company by email and on the website were entirely ignored. The contact over the telephone resulted in the promise of delivery in the next days: but it was just a promise and was not kept. The lack of response is extremely frustrating.

Fast, efficient service and an excellent quality product as always. The lights are simply beautiful.
