Great product, but self assembly a real pain, especially given the price!

We ordered the Drop Three Pendant Light, which arrived within 2-3 days. The quality of the product and its packaging is of the highest order and the originality and style of the lamp is sublime. We had a minor issue, but Lauren did a fabulous job in resolving it very quickly. It felt great to be supporting a company that has risen from the ashes of the old potteries in Stoke and would highly recommend Original BTC.

The Hector sconce is lovely. Really looking forward to having it installed. Since the renovation is not ready for light fixtures yet, I did request to delay shipment for a couple months. Instead the fixture was sent out immediately and arrived within a couple weeks.

Well packaged. Well made, quality product. I appreciate the light fitting was made in England, but felt over priced if I am honest.
