Got a very expensive 'rise and fall' lamp. It looks good, but whilst we can just about drag it down, the cord goes through the actual pendant base which means there is too much friction for it to move as smoothly as it should. Checking all other models, they use pulleys, obviously BTC thought they would save a few quid... on a lamp that cost us £679! So we tried to get in touch but if there is a way to contact them online, they are keeping it to themselves. I have to ring and beg for a 'contact form' - but they're closed for the weekend (the recorded message says they can be contacted via their website...). We plan to return it

Viewed on website, placed order, item delivered after a few days. Fittings could have been smaller. Everyone makes wall lights too big.

As expected. Beautiful, solid pieces.

I LOVE the Original BTC designs and already had a floor lamp. But when I received the two additional lamps I ordered, neither of them worked! Sarah from the home office was awesome in helping fix the problem - had the lamps picked up and quickly sent replacements, which worked just fine! Only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is the initial disappointment and hassle. But the lamps are beautiful and draw compliments, so it was well worth it.

We have ordered a few lights from BTC. They are expensive but excellent quality. I will be buying all my lights from them in future. Well worth the money.

Excellent wrapping/protection job as the outer box was ripped and I worried before I opened it the two ceramic sconces could be damaged, but they were perfect. And, the delivery arrival was much sooner than anticipated so thanks to your processing team for the great service from Wisconsin.
