Sadly 1)lamp doesn’t work- we tried different electrical sockets and the bulb works in other lamp. So I will need electrician to check and then probably return the item. 2) it has horrendous BLACK wire. In a lamp that is is putty in colour and chrome. I bought the same lamp 5 years ago and it has nice light coloured wire with switcher, so was shocked to see it black.. another reason to return to be honest... 3) I had to pay twice the taxes ( one for UK and one for Netherlands) I ordered it through UK website, but knowing they have offices in Paris, and was not expecting that they will send it form UK

Quality is superb and the designs are unique.

It has been months since I ordered these 3 pendent lights. They have just come. I thought the order was lost. I had no idea how to contact anyone about the order. I love the lights. I must give you 5 stars because the product is so wonderful.

I love everything I purchase from Original BTC. Each piece is so beautifully made and they take great care to ship their lights with lots of packaging so my items arrive in perfect condition. I have now used their lights in several clients' homes and they are always a hit! I particularly like the bone china pieces. The way they glow when lit is really special. The staff at Original BTC has also been so helpful and a delight to deal with. Just love everything this company does!
