Beautiful lamp (again - it's the fourth item we purchased from OBTC over the years), superb quality. Packaging is definitely "long distance" proof. Luckily enough, ordering online remains - almost - as easy for customers from the EU now as it was before B****t.

Absolutely delighted with the London Table Light that I ordered, although it took a little longer to arrive than stated, it was well worth the wait. The design is exemplary - it's sturdy, sleek and contemporary and has completely uplifted the desk on which I've placed it upon. I would advise buying the 6W LED GLS bulb that the site advised (see accessories) as it produces a gorgeous light. Overall, I can't fault this lamp - highly recommend!

Unfortunately one of the shades for the two pendant lights I ordered was delivered broken. However, the customer service team responded very quickly and dispatched a replacement immediately. Great recovery.

I've had many issues with customer service when dealing with other companies, particular when it comes to special orders. Not with this company. I had the pleasure of working with Anna from the US division. Not only is the quality and appearance of the lamp top notch, but Anna was very responsive to my inquiries and friendly. She was able to accommodate my request for a special order and kept me up to date on tracking and order status. I don't say this about many companies, but I was very impressed.
