Super prompt response and great service!

The product is ok quality for the money, a couple of imperfections that I put down to it being hand made and part of the charm. The parts to fix the pendant to the ceiling were poor and not strong enough for it's weight. If you're not in a new build and have old plaster for example, or can't attach it to a ceiling wood beam, you'll need better screws, plugs and the instruction manual will be too simple.

I contacted Original BTC about a tiny problem with a beloved floor lamp in need of a new clasp. But they were as prompt, responsive, and helpful as if I were spending tons of money on new lamps -- including a zoom appointment to help me troubleshoot the problem, replacing the clasp free of charge, and efficient coordination between their London (Dare) and New York (Anna) offices. I was very impressed indeed!

BTC went out of their way to help me, they definitely went the extra mile, getting my order to me at the speed of light, so the lamps could be fitted prior to our arrival of a new kitten. Wow, would definitely recommend. As an extra the Hector wall lights are fabulous, wonderful craftsmanship, a pleasure to live with.

Items arrived on time and in sufficient packaging which ensured they weren’t damaged. I love my Pembridge Pendant lights. They look beautiful!
