Had a slight issue with one of the lights on delivery but was resolved very promptly and minimal of hassle. Lights look great

I ordered Hector wall lamps as reading lamps. Arrived prompty and in perfect order. Design is as appealing and unique as shown in the catalogue. Beautifully thin porcelain lampshade, outstanding quality. I am quite particular about quality and, therefore, usually not so keen on ordering online where I cannot see and feel the item. I was not disappointed this time. The arm/joint feels somewhat fragile, hopefully will not affect the lamps’ mobility eventually. They were easy to fiix on the wall. We are quite pleased to have them, thank you!

Gorgeous Lamp - the Hector Lamp is beautiful (even more lovely when it is lit up). The bone china shade is unique and I love the fact it is British made in a ceramics factory in Stoke-on-Trent - worth every penny, a really classic piece. Great customer service too.

Lovely lights, promptly delivered

Hector Pleat floor lamp totally lives up to my expectations. Love it! Fast delivery and well packaged.

Lovely products, dispatched and delivered very promptly. I did not need to worry about them getting broken in transit as they were very well packaged. Very pleased, they look lovely, timeless and the quality is outstanding.

The BTC product gets five stars, but this is a one star review because six weeks after placing, and paying for, my order, it has not been delivered. Unfortunately BTC use DPD as their delivery service and the DPD partner in France, where I live, is Chronopost. Chronopost "delivered" my order to an address three hours drive from where I live. PLEASE BTC DON'T RESEND MY ORDER WITH CHRONOPOST.

Bought two Fin medium pendants from the online Original BTC shop. They arrived very quickly & were beautifully packed. Bone china might be fragile through couriers but not when so carefully wrapped & boxed. The Fin pendants are just beautiful, simple unique design yet very elegant and striking. They are also made in the UK. Overall very pleased.
