I purchased a pendant lamp from John Lewis six years ago that has been damaged by using a bulb with a wattage much higher than the specification. It was a testament to good design it didn't catch fire, but when taking it down for redecorating purposes many of the overheated fittings fell apart. Fortunately this Company's web site was on the label within the lamp. I thought it was going to be a long shot after so much time, but fired off an email asking if they could help with spare parts. Imagine my surprise and delight when I received a very positive and helpful response, virtually by return. Another couple of emails and pictures later and I have the replacement parts I require winging their way to me. I sent my initial enquiry at 18.47 last night and I received the first response at 08.14 this morning. What an absolute pleasure to see a company who really know the meaning of Customer Service, and not one mention of Corona Virus! In my experience this Company is an exemplar in the field of Customer Service. Brilliant.

I was very impressed with the service and quality of product.

I placed an online order for a driver the delivery time was 3-5 days. I telephoned the next day to ask if they could speed the delivery up. I spoke to a lovely young lady who said she would arrange for the item to be sent out overnight at no extra charge. This will enable us to finish our project on time. Excellent customer service.

i contacted BTC as i had a pendant light that i purchased over 3 years ago that was a Conran/BTC limited edition collaboration , i unfortunately broke it - Conran Shop said they couldn't help but on contacting BTC customer service, I sent a photo and they said they would make one up for me. So I got exactly the same light even though they no longer make them. Perfect Match. Thank you BTC for caring - most companies nowadays would just say we don't make then anymore
