I bought a new hector to match one of my old hector lights. Same model, same size. The new one has cheaper metal base and not the same quality ceramic base. Spec online still says ‘bone china’ but it’s only the lampshade. Disappointing

the forms to fill out billing and delivery address are not very convenient to handle so that I filled in a wrong country as delivery country. The goods were shipped back and delivered to the right address within a few days. this was arranged by a contact person who I had contacted through the general contact address. Very efficient, helpful and friendly person. Thus, despite all the problems a very good experience.
