C2G is always an easy site to move around in and always has the cables I am looking for. The cables are made extremely well and have never had any trouble out of them.

Do not order from this company. Their website and ordering system is a joke. The order is not processed until the following day no matter what time it is placed. I needed some cables shipped to one of my clients via next-day air service and was told that there was a minimum of 1-day processing and that it would be shipped via next-day service from that point. As this would not work for me I asked them to cancel the order but they could not. They advised me that I would need to wait till the following day to speak to someone about the order. Then I asked for a Manager to call me and I received an email from the customer service person that was rude and unapologetic. I will never do business with this company again and recommend you do the same if you need your order anytime soon.

Don't give me the Verify stuff, If you don't want me to order that's fine.1

Your site is well laid out, easy to find the cables Im looking for and your inventory is amazing.

It was easy to place my order. I am happy to say your website is user friendly. Keep it simple for people like me who is not computer friendly.

I have been to several I mean several businesses and nobody carries this product. Thank you for carrying such an item.

I have used C2G for years. I have no complaints on product, service etc. but I wish I could have gotten the validation email and not check out as a guest.

I paid for overnight shipping and I contacted a representative the same day I ordered (10/3/22) & she told me it will be at my door the next day (10/4/22). The next day comes and no package. I contact customer service again via chat & she claimes the previous customer service agent shouldn’t have told me that I would have my cord the next day and how she cannot refund me or assist with any compensation & that I would just have to refuse the order. But the order did not ship out until later (10/4/22) in the evening *hours* after I contacted her. So I paid $33.00 for a cord to arrive 10/4/22 and it arrived 10/5/22 in the middle of the day. So I called to speak with a live person since the “chat” was so unhelpful previously and I spoke to someone who respected and understood my claim and issued a refund for my shipping fee. She was kind but her two coworkers that initially helped me ruined my experience with this company and I will not ever order from them again.

nice website i found the part i needed right away

I asked to have my password changed 3 times but never received anything in my e-mail. Went to check out as a guest and it was soooo slow and kept defaulting back to previous steps. Put in my credit card and shipping address 3 times before it took. We have an account with tax exempt, but had tax put on our order. Very bad experience.

Went to five large stores. Including Verizon.. to find a 25ft. Rj11 telephone cable. no find. within two seconds I found it on your site.. TX...

Easy ordering experience. I'm just hoping this is the correct cable for my project :)
