It was super easy for me to order a USB charger for my Wireless Bluetooth compatible headphones! I need it in order to convert a star, gas mixture, planet, completely empty space, time, Methane gas from dinosaurs, coals from living growing plants, Fire plasma and humans into the "Sound" fluid-like substance possessing very specific velocities, accelerations and decelerations of motion.

Website was easy to navigate and find what i was looking for. Ordering was quick and easy! And shipping was quick!

"Bait and switch"; cables2go web site has the wrong pricing on items - most items on my order was $8.00 more per item than what was published. This almost double the cost. Won't be using this vendor again. I'll have to take a LOST on this job now - due to time constraints and supply issues. Excellent customer service, and they claim to be crediting me the overcharge difference. If I didn't send a bad review; would this had happened. Probably not, spoke to two different ordering agents and both stated they couldn't adjust to website prices. One even claimed I was getting the best wholesale price, even though it was $8 higher than the web published price.

I asked the chat person if there was a way to split an ethernet cable connection. There is a way to do it without using a powered switch. It requires an Ethernet cable sharing splitter kit and two available Ethernet ports at the modem. It is not optimal for High Speed, but good for up to 100mbps. Good enough for streaming TV. The Chat person was pleasant and polite.

It was very convenient being able to use my Amazon info to pay. Finding this on Amazon was impossible!

I've left similar feedback on the Legrand website. From a user perspective, C2G/Legrand is becoming less-and-less useful to us. The order entry and fulfillment is MORE challenging than ever. When I put a P/N into Legrand, it says it doesn't exist. Put in C2G, it exists. Try to enter order in C2G, won't take it. Logoff/Login to C2G, order goes thru. Call later to check on order, and I'll be told that "it prints here at the end of the day, then gets sent there, then has to be reviewed, then it will be processed, then it will be picked (if still in stock at that point), then will (might) ship. Legrand should look at a company like McMaster-Carr and learn how to execute. They probably have 100X as many SKU's, but process and ship 99% of orders within several hours of order placement. And they probably have a smaller staff than Legrand. My guess is that Legrand get's its collective !@#$ together, or goes out of business in the next few years. With all respect, Mr. Shane must be rolling over in his grave...

It was a bit trying to fill out the payment sector, because of the missing credit card logo's indicating which card can be used. At first I thought : Only PAYPAL, or AMAZON cards were the 'choice, but as it turned out by trial and error, the chosen card I desired manifested its self at the checkout. Other than that, I felt like a kid in a cany shop. So mush desired, so little money to buy ! I will be back in the near future to get more of your goodies.

I ordered a 25ft Active HDMI cable (p/n 41413). Hopefully the cable is excellent and meets my expectations. I'm writing this review about my frustrations with the online Ordering process. First I created an account, which should make things easier. Then I clicked Checkout, and opted to pay with PayPal. After accepting the charges in PayPal, I was returned to the C2G website where I selected Free shipping. But it wouldn't let me click Submit Order. Instead I had to choose a payment method. I thought I already did. So I chose PayPal again and it said, Are you sure you want to change payment methods? Yeah sure. Then it asked me for my shipping address, and my email again. And asked me if I wanted to setup an account. I already did that. Then it sent me to PayPal again. I'll probably get charged twice. Finally after 20 minutes of going round and round it let me finish the order. Nowhere did it indicate how fast or slow Free shipping will be. Hopefully it's adequate.
