This company shut down two of my campaigns and also refunded all of the monies to contributors without any prior notification to me. Once I called in they did not return my phone calls. They then sent a very cryptic email with hardly any information. I will never use this service again.

The support was great! From the moment I signed up, through the event, and I'll bet even now, they were almost immediately available to help. I never waited more than 20 for a response to a question. The whole process went exactly as they said it would. By using the tools they gave, we were able to exceed the goal we have initially set for our Non-profit. I truly plan on using the service in the future... and so should you!

Tools were responsive to the needs of a busy CEO. Good support team although I wish I would have requested more support to develop a better banners. Information on their 'cash-out' process has been improved. Much easire to understand.

The title says it all. The one or two features that would have been nice to have in terms of tickets sales management and tracking appear to be coming in new releases soon. No complaints and excellent proactive customer service.

My husband and I selected Deposit-a-Gift to host our wedding registry. We had decided we needed financial support to take our honeymoon more than a few trinkets and new china. The site was easy to navigate. The only drawback was I used my nickname to set up the site, which prevented me from using wire transfer. However, the support staff at Deposit-a-Gift very kindly and quickly were able to change the account name so we could. While it would be preferable to have the account name and the bank account name be two separate fields in the system, the experience overall was very positive.

Great service, would be helpful to have a larger bank of photos to use for the registry.

The layout and or format could be much more user friendly instead of hunt for red October....

We've been very pleased with the Deposit a Gift website for online fundraising. One of the features we especially like is that you can manually add offline donations to your total raised. Withdrawing funds raised for the beneficiary is a quick and easy process.

I used this site as a cash registry for my bridal shower. It was very easy for me to set up and easy for guests to use (when they actually read the instructions...). Most importantly when I was ready to cash out it was super easy, hassle free, with no extra fees to have my money deposited directly into my back account!
