I feel that it’s a bit on the expensive side, considering the wait time between collection and drop off too, so I only use occasionally. If there was a good reward system to get savings if you use it regularly and you could get next day drop off then this would be a 5 star review.

United Kingdom | 09 January 2020Their service was, in theory, good however on two occasions lost my items which included 4 sets of high quality bedding. They acknowledged loss but refused to pay the value of the replacement so was given a % of the value and no additional compensation so i have to replace the items at a loss to myself. Not sure how that equates to any form of customer service. Obviously will not be using them again, and if you do just be comfortable that you may or may not lose your items and then have to pay out to replace them at a loss to yourself.

United Kingdom | 04 January 2020I am extremely frustrated with their operations. Initially the service was good but the last 3 times I have used them I have had issues with collection and delivery. My current order is 6 days late and no sign it is being prioritised for delivery anytime soon. It has actually cost me more because I had to go out and by new linen for guests staying with us and a new dress for an event because it is all stuck with them. I would say more of an inconvenience than convenience.

They let me book in an order and then randomly cancelled the collection (I assume it wasn’t convenient for their route density). The now seem to have lost my laundry. No one seems to answer the live chat or customer service number.

I followed up on the live chat function last night and this morning, and it turns out the bag has not been tagged and is LOST. It has all of my nicest clothes in it, which I obviously need for Christmas. Appalling service, as I am not receiving updates on the search for my missing washing or any assurances that it will be with me before I head to my family home for Christmas. I will be out of pocket to the tune of about £1500 if I replaced everything in the bag, and am extremely angry that this is not being dealt with in a professional or timely manner!!

United Kingdom | 19 December 2019Laundrapp will loose your stuff. Two weeks ago laundrapp took two of my pillows and a duvet. They returned the duvet only. After contacting their offshore call centre I was told they had no record of my pillows. They said I was mistaken and had never sent them. Miraculously they have now found them. They returned them to me still dirty and uncleaned. Not only do laundrapp misplace your items, they deny any responsibility and then when they realise they are wrong they do nothing about it. Don't use these people. Their customer service is the worst I have experienced
