The worst experience ever. They’ve lost all my clothes and they couldn’t even be bothered to call. I’ve been a customer for years until now. They lost a big order with very expensive clothes and they couldn’t be even bothered to call or even take calls when you call just the automated emails we are sorry...horrible customer service.

Do not recommend at all. Some of my clothes were lost and got delivered 1 week later, dry cleaned items came back smelly, my dress was damaged, I was promised a refund which has not come through despite lots of emails and calls, and I was not going to be charged for the remaining invoice amount (it was confirmed on the phone and in an email) but they still charged me. Very unprofessional.

Well, I guess I will join the herd... Used Zipjet for almost 3 years now, with nearly flawless service (except once they ruined a shirt, but oh well). First go with "Laundrapp" and they've lost my order or some other indeterminate nonsense. They say they will call to reschedule, no call. I emailed, they don't respond. Finally, the website links for customer service are either non-existent (the phantom "Support" button) or simply broken (the "Livechat" option). I guess this is the tech revolution we've been waiting for? Back to the High Street cleaner (by foot) for me, unfortunately...

Well where do I start. Firstly, I arranged for pick-up between 9-10pm and at just 9.07pm while heading home I got an angry call from the collector that if I were later he'd be late for his next pick-up. If his next pick-up is before 10pm, why's my pick-up scheduled up to 10pm? But most importantly, I've had 2 emails from separate customer service officers telling me that my order was missing. I replied the first but then was ignored and got emailed again by the second with nearly the exact same wording. I replied again and now all they can do is 'chase up the facility'. It's been over 1 week now with my only duvets under hostage by Laundrapp while I freeze at night. It's appalling that such a large service has no number to call and works only by slow email. Next, I was also copied into a series of emails from another angry customer. I thought they'd realise the mistake but they only did after I told them I was, alas, not a Laundrapp employee. In fairness, I take half the blame for my greed that led me to choose Laundrapp over Laundry Republic as the former was cheaper. Yet another expensive lesson that greed doesn't pay, my friends.

STAY AWAY! Appalling service from Laundrapp who have just bought a large laundry business and can't keep up with the increase in orders. Laundrapp have failed to deliver on 3 of my orders in a row. On this final time, I was given the wrong information, the delivery was late when I was told it wasn't even going to arrive as it had got lost / forgotten about, ultimately leaving my daughter with no school uniform this morning. I am furious and strongly advise prospective customers to not use this service. It is unreliable and has caused me a lot of undue stress.

Have used for 18 months or so but in last month their service has gone off the scale bad. Twice pick up has been cancelled in space of week - once within the booked slot and once 1/2 hour before. Taken on too much business with Zipjet and lost a customer who has spent hundreds of pounds. At present Laundrapp is a disaster and would recommend to avoid.

Utterly shocked by poor quality customer service. Two emails unanswered in time. Two attempts at live chat failed. Request for items to be individually wrapped on an order circa £350 was declined. Is this customer service? The laundry sub-contractor used by Laundrapp was decent and fine. Pity Laundrapp were not cooperative and helpful, even despite being told I would not use them again since they refused to comply with my simple request.

I am so upset that they have lost my three items of clothing. They have rescheduled twice and today it has been a week and my item is not here. Even pick up was rearranged three times. So now I am waiting and not knowing what to do: sue or what? Response to Laundrapp comment: yes, I have emailed your customer team and talked. My expensive clothes have been lost!!!

Since merging with zipJet, this service has gone into shambles. Drivers are either late or ill (out of my three deliveries, one was ill, forcing me to do emergency shirt purchase, two were late by more that one hour), absolutely no customer service (live chat doesn’t work, calls get dropped). If you try to reach them via email, they promise to refund, but it never happens. Pre-paid shirts get dropped for no reason. Not mentioning that, they have already lost two of my shirts. This company is hopeless and deserves to go bankrupt. I wouldn’t miss it that much.

We are a family of 6, our dryer broke, so I thought I try laundrapp for the towels and bed linen. I booked for 2x wash dry and fold it should have been £30 instead I was charge £189. My laundry turned up a day and half late at 9pm. I have had no success trying to contact customer services for the last week. Please don't use this service its absolutely awful, the worst I've ever experienced.

LOST ENTIRE LAUNDRY ORDER I had my entire 'wash and fold' order lost by Laundrapp. Yes, the entire blue bag of laundry including a suit and all of my work clothes. This has caused huge inconvenience and distress as collectively the items are worth in excess of £2,000. But to add further insult, it has been impossible to get even the minimum of customer service from them. I have had to chase daily for updates on my clothing and simply been fobbed off with a glib line all the phone operatives seem to use: "we'll check with facilities", and then nothing. If you value your belongings do not trust them with this company.

I am shocked and appalled at Laundrapp’s customer service. Laundrapp has cancelled 4 delivery attempts and only after my persistence - have they finally admitted that they have lost my items. This dry-cleaning is over £1,000 in value - and I am certain Landrapp will not find the goods and will also not refund me. I am not one to complain - but I think it’s important that consumers know the risks of using this service. A very disappointed customer.

Booked a pick up between 7 and 8am Monday morning and got a call from their customer service at 7.50am to say the driver hadn't turned up for work so could I reschedule. I was pretty annoyed as I booked the slot for a reason and needed the clothes back for Wednesday. The customer service rep was sorry and applied a £10 voucher and although inconvenient, we rescheduled to Tuesday morning at the same time. Tuesday morning and the app is telling me the driver is late and won't arrive until between 9.13 and 9.33 am so I called back customer service on ‭+44 20 3608 7405‬ and I've been told that the van broke down and there's nothing they can do and that the merger between Zip Jet and them has caused problems. I was always a Zip Jet customer spending on average £100/150 per month as I found their service and turnaround better than laundrapp. I've cancelled the order, as a £10 voucher and apology doesn't seem satisfactory, asked for a refund and won't be using them again. Reading the current reviews, I don't trust the service.

I was previously a frequent user of Laundrapp until last weekend. Made a dry cleaning order, for delivery on Sunday. An hour before, I received an automated email advising my clothes wouldn’t be delivered and the next available slot was 48 hours. 4 suits and 5 shirts! I have now been trying to contact customer services via live chat and email for 48 hours - but I have had no response - nothing! My dry cleaning was finally delivered today, and one of my suits are missing. I have been trying to contact Laundrapp since Sunday night, and haven’t heard a thing. Goodness knows how long it will take me to receive a response! I will be deleting the app, and definitely advising family and friends to stay far away! Find a cheaper, local alternative - they will do exactly the same thing, for a lower cost!

I used to be a really loyal customer of Laundrapp, however I had a really important item scheduled to be delivered on Sunday. It never arrived and I haven't heard anything since. I have tried Email, Live Chat, Phone and even Twitter and I can't get through. I'm genuinely shocked.

Booked 2 deliveries already and they never showed up. Calling the customer service, first time they reschedule, second time they lost track of my order, after second time (now) I cannot get in touch with them and they don't reply to my emails. Should I consider my items lost? Of course, I won't use this service anymore and I discourage others to use it.

Absolutely appalling service. I received an email 2 hours before devilry saying that my order couldn’t be completed. No other contact was made - I telephoned and spoke to a service operative who told me that they “failed to pick up my laundry”. I asked for delivery next day but this wasn’t possible as all slots were booked. I was then told that 2 items (pillows) hadn’t been cleaned as the “facility doesn’t clean them”. So now I have to wait 5 days for the next evening available delivery to have two items returned unclean and they think sorry is an acceptable response. Never ever use these guys - incompetent cowboys. Utterly terrible customer service and can’t even meet the products they offer on their app

I wish I could give 0 stars. My order is over a week late with multiple scheduled deliveries missed. I cannot get anyone in support to pick up the phone or respond. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!
