The service wasn't bad per se. My only complaint is that it wasn't delivered at the time I was expecting, which was inconvenient and meant that I had to change my plans ( the appliance got damaged in transit, apparently). However it was delivered within the 5 day time frame but I had to chase up to confirm when this would be, which was annoying. The delivery men were punctual regarding the second delivery, in fact they were earlier than expected, and they were courteous and respectful.

Good next day service, including recycling of old washer dryer at no cost and installation at a nominal price-much cheaper than ao.com and John Lewis. But beware, prices do not include VAT until you they tell you at checkout!

Through nobodies fault the replacement hob did not fit the aperture cut in the work surface even though we ordered same make with same surface measurements. Because the work surface was quartz and needed specialised tools to enlarge - the team at appliancecentre came back the following day to collect and gave me a full refund. It was a hassle for us both but they dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Thank you

Very friendly delivery team and helpful advisor Recently I was in need of a new washing Machine which was out of stock in most places. Appliance centre had it and they delivered it the very next day and even took the old one without charging me.
