I needed a new cooker delivered and installed next day and after looking all day on the internet, Argos, AO, Currys etc, Appliancentre was the only store which could do that. Thanks to the delivery and installation men who worked hard that day.

My "washing machine" was ordered from looking up those words on Google. The Appliancentre's website appealed to me more than the others' for colour, content and what they were offering. Two pleasant men arrived, still in good humour - mine was their last job for the day. They were quick, efficient and friendly. I really like my new machine and I'm so glad I bought it from the Appliancentre, the best place in my opinion and would later on like to get an electric cooker from them also. I'm such a "happy bunny" !!! 😀🐰😍

Never heard of this company, but they were great. Next day delivery on my new oven and great customer service when I somehow managed two double my order by mistake. Would easily use again!

Had an issue with my tenant’s oven. Appliance centre were able to quickly pop by. Unfortunately the part needed was no longer in circulation so I ended up purchasing an oven directly from them, reasonably priced which they were able to fit within a a few days. Happy with service.

I was given a delivery date upon placing the order, and on that date received a text message saying delivery would be the day after that. No apology or explanation.

I was looking for an integrated fridge freezer with a specific size, from a company who would be able to supply and install it. These integrated fridge freezers seemed to be out of stock everywhere. Also some companies simply weren't doing installations. Appliancentre was a life-saver, not only was I able to order it, they also came immediately the next day to install it and take my old one away. They were also super quick to reply to my queries and guarantee I was ordering the correct unit. Will definitely go to them first for all my future purchases!

Brilliant service

Very helpful and efficient and when they could not deliver due to the product was found damaged in packing, they called, looked for replacement options for me but unfortunately they could not find an alternative they quickly refunded me. It was totally hassle free. They have a personal touch which I most appreciated and you spoke to someone in the shop. All the things that are missing in the large companies. I would use them again for my electrical appliances.

Website allowed me to purchase an oven. After chasing it up, it transpires that they don't deliver to my area. Fair enough. Except I'm still waiting a week later for a refund as they sent it by E cheque which can take ten working days. Unprofessional.
