I asked to cancel and would appreciate it if was told earlier in advance so I didn’t have to arrange work around the visit. Avoid this service as it’s very poor communication.

United Kingdom | 07 January 2025We booked in a repair of our washing machine and steam oven. The engineer came to site and was there for no more than 10 mins - how he identified what was wrong, was beyond me. We were told that we would receive a list of parts to buy, but this never arrived. I had to call and email a number of times and eventually a few weeks later I received the list. I agreed that they would buy the parts for me and have been struggling for the past 6 weeks to get the repair booked in. I finally received an email a week ago saying that the engineer had tried to call us, but we have no missed calls or voicemails from him. I was asked to call to book this in. I replied to the email, saying that I was in Costa Rica and asked to book this in for the following Monday. I had no response to that email and multiple others since and I have called 3 times now and nobody answers the calls... it rings to voicemail. Nobody returns my calls either. Beware, this company looks super dodgy!! Follow-up: they were super quick to respond to my negative review here, but have still not returned my phone call or responded to any emails. They should spend more time responding to clients in a timely manner, so they need less time responding to negative reviews.

United Kingdom | 19 December 2024Placed order on 15/12/24, for a freezer. I received confirmation of delivery date which is/was 18/12/24 between 08:00-12:00. I called at 13:50 to enquire where my delivery was, and the person on the phone spoke over me, then cancelled my order then hung up the phone. I then called back at 14:02 wanting to enquire why my order was cancelled without an explanation or my say so. I was on hold for longer than the last time and before I got to say what my problem was, the person on the phone asked if I was the person from XYZ postcode for XYZ item, which may or may not be a breach of GDPR frameworks. During the 2 phone calls I heard just lies, excuses & interruptions while I was attempting to enquire about my order. The good thing is that the calls are recorded & the person on the phone could be taught a lesson in basic customer service, such as "hello, my name is XYZ, how can I help?" and then actually try to help. I have taken a day off from work to wait for a delivery that was never going to come, it's unprofessional. Why advertise things that you don't sell? Why have people on the phone in customer service that seem to resent serving customers? Check the phone call recordings for quality and training.

At no point did customer service contact me about the late delivery, I had to call them (and sit on hold for nearly an hour) and found the staff to be unapologetic. Delivery team were very friendly and helpful.

United Kingdom | 15 December 2024Amazing price, and the best delivery service. Followed instructions, delivered to Central London without excuses, and even emailed us when they were 18 minutes away. The delivery people were helpful, friendly, and they brought the cooker into the kitchen and removed the broken old one without fuss. It was super well packaged and didn't arrive damaged, unlike our experiences with other stores. We can't rate any other customer service as absolutely nothing went wrong. Delivered for free in 3 days (even around Christmas when others wouldn't until the New Year and were still charging £50+ without weekend delivery). The cooker itself isn't very well made by the external company, but does the job, cheap and cheerful, exactly as we needed. Highly recommend. We will use again for all appliances. Thank you :)

You've either got good customer service or not. You don't hence sooty! I rang back to find out who the manager is or governing body over your company to complain about your behaviour. To call me an idiot says it all about you! I wonder what AC stands for I'm guessing Absolute I can only imagine what the C standard for! By the way I'm not Karen so you got that wrong aswell. If I could give a 0 I would in fact a -0. Called this place to ask advice and answer was email and we don't help in your area?! As quick as that then hung up. Sooooo rude and dismissive. How they get customers is beyond me!! Have since read the reviews...says it all! One star one star one star! Even sooty with his magic wand couldn't help this business or in fact customer service!!! DON'T BOTHER FOLKS!!!

When I asked him if he did in fact cover my area, he hung up. I rang back (in case it was a mistake), and he hung up again. Very strange for a company that advertises itself and has a website.

United Kingdom | 06 December 2024I don't like to write bad reviews - companies can be incompetent but nice, or can be rude but effective. These guys are rude and incompetent. They don't show up to appointments and blame the customer, they put the phone down on you in mid conversation when your raise a legitimate concern. Oh and they lie about things too (eg how many times they tried to call you) . So I would steer clear of them. If I could put down a negative rating I would.
