Awful customer service. Had an oven fixed in June 2019 - was charged £72 for 10 minutes work - just labour no parts. October 2019 same issue reappeared with fan - called several times as well as sending several emails only to be totally ignored. Went ahead and contacted them again in January 2020 after returning from holiday only to be told that they'd never had any calls or emails - however this can be wholly disproved. Now had the worst customer service I've ever received and will be contacting my bank for a refund. Disgrace and useless. Trading standards contacted.

I found Appliancecentre reliable and good value. They delivered within one working day and I would certainly use them again.

Do not use this company for repairs. The engineer arrived 30 mins later than the 2 hour slot we had agreed, gave my tumble dryer a cursory glance and then told me it would cost £240 plus £80 labour to repair, but he could sell us a comparable dryer which was on special offer for £405 which would include free collection of the broken machine and delivery tomorrow. For this he charged £74.40 (but we could get a £22 discount if we bought a new dryer). I checked on Johnlewis.com who offered the same machine for the same price of £405. When I called to discuss this with ApplianceCentre they wouldn’t honour the free collection promise, and actually put the phone down on me. I feel we ended up paying a lot of money to be told our machine was beyond repair, to be slightly conned and be spoken to rudely on the phone.

I initially booked a dishwasher service through Appliancentre, because the machine was no longer washing dishes thoroughly. The booking process was very efficient and I was very pleased (and surprised!) to be able to be able to get a next day appointment with a 2-hour window. The engineer turned up within the scheduled time, and even called in advance to say exactly when he would be arriving. Ultimately I had to order a new dishwasher because the motor had broken, which I also did through Appliancentre, given my positive experience with the service. Again the booking process and customer service were excellent. The engineer arrived on time, installed the new dishwasher and removed the old one. The only negative was some damage to the dishwasher cupboard door, but on complaining about this, Appliancentre agreed to cover the cost of a replacement and completed the installation. All in all a very good service which I would use again.

I wouldn't trust them. After a bad experience, I now think I know why this company's appliance is so much cheaper than the other companies'. The boy on the 'phone put the phone down on me. He hadn't listened properIy and thought I was looking for a microwave. When I tried to explain (again) that I was looking for a combi oven/micro, he told me to go to AO, and without waiting for a reply, that was when he hung up on me. When I rang back several times, there was no answer. I tried a different number, got someone else, asked if he could help with sizing, he said he would find out and ring me back. He did so very quickly and said the appliance wouldn't fit my space. Various other companies have since told me it will. Previously the original boy had failed to get back to me when promised, and failed to reply to emails. They didn't seem to want my business. I think they just didn't want to put in any effort. Frightful people.

Amazing company to purchase from. They appear best in price, offer extensive makes, whilst offer a faultless installation service. Even vacuumed and cleaned the kitchen floor after installing. Highly impressed.

The engineer couldn't identify a problem when came for the first time, had to come another time. Then my fridge needed to be changed. After that the service was quite fast and professional, however the whole thing made me live without the fridge for a week. But in general was a good experience. I wish they could identify the problem earlier.

Great service. I ordered a washer-dryer by phone, which led to some communication problems (e.g. not being able to track my order online), but the machine was delivered on time and quickly installed. The installation service included (unlike some suppliers) disconnection of the old machine as well as its removal for recycling. Altogether a trouble-free purchase.
