Habib came and installed my new washing machine, and took away the old one all within half an hour, with no fuss - what a star!

I've been putting off getting my hob fixed for ages. I was dreading the faff and mess. But when the technician (I never got his name, sorry!) showed up he gave me the lowdown in 2 minutes and within 10 he'd booked a replacement hob and installation. They even got rid of my old one. The whole thing was quick, painless, approachable and affordable. I wish I'd done this sooner, but then again it might not have been with these wonderful folks.

I found Habib extremely conscientious and accommodating. He went out of his way to provide an excellent service.

Highly recommend this company, booked a washing machine repair check online, all went smoothly, received phone call from engineer prior to visit, he came on time and quickly diagnosed ‘death’ of washing machine, so had no option but to buy,. Began on line research and Appliancentre were cheapest, so ordered online, received a phone call offering next day delivery , Bosch machine was delivered on time and quickly installed , all staff dealt with were courteous and helpful, website was very user friendly with a great range of products available, so a very stress and hassle free experience, Well done!

that was excellent - had requested via website on Saturday to have repair Monday morning. Repairman showed up on time, and immediately knew where to look on our older Panasonic fridge, the control panel in the door didn't work anymore. Determined that a cable was broken and after some thinking proceeded to find an unconventional way to fix it that didn't cost us anything beyond the callout charge / labour. Important as it doesn't look like parts are available anymore for this (a bit worrisome - it's 8 or 9 years old, Panasonic should make it fixable).Now as new!

Excellent service - on time and quickly fixed

I accidentally caused what I thought was bad damage to my AGA Rangemaster. I called for a repair on Monday and was able to make an appointment quickly and at my convenience. An engineer came today, within his time slot, was helpful and sorted my problem with minimum fuss and cost. He also looked an another small issue and fixed that. All within 20minutes. I would recommend Appliancentre for swift efficient service.

I like these guys. They have a no-nonsense style. They are reliable and good value, In addition they have always been honest in their dealings with us. They don't try to inflate the job, or persuade you the appliance needs replacing, if it can be repaired, and we have probably used them a dozen times or so

Ordered a replacement for our integrated dishwasher plus installation from this small Greater London only company. It was delivered in two days and installed in about an hour, quickly and neatly. The tradesman was very polite and helpful and made sure everything was working properly. The installation fee was £70 plus VAT which compares extremely well to eg Currys, and they took away the old dishwasher to recycle at no charge. I am delighted I found this firm and will be using them whenever possible.
